What currencies can I buy at your branches in Switzerland?

Global Exchange offers you 60 currencies at its branches in Switzerland. The number of currencies available is higher than those that can be ordered online.

What payment methods do you accept at your branches?

In order to offer you the best possible service, we accept different methods to pay for your travel money at our branches: cash, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro or China Union Pay credit and debit cards.

Do you accept debit/credit cards in transactions?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards. 

Do you accept Traveller Cheques at your branches in Switzerland?

No, we do not accept Traveller Cheques in Switzerland for the time being. 

What happens if I receive a counterfeited note?

The accuracy and seriousness that drive our transactions make this situation very unlikely. However, if this happens, we will proceed to replace the banknote in that very moment.

What happens if I notice there is a mistake and I am already far away from a Global Exchange branch?
